Onboarding Complete — We’ll Take It From Here

At this point, your part of the initial setup is complete. Our team will now review everything you submitted and make sure we have everything needed to build and prepare your New-Patient Pipeline for launch.

After that we’ll begin preparing and configuring the systems required for your launch, including your campaigns, landing pages, booking flow, LeadConnector setup, lead follow-up system, automations, and reporting.

If anything you submitted is missing, unclear, or needs to be corrected, we’ll contact you directly through your dedicated Google Chat Space.

Please make sure the appropriate team members have joined the Space and are checking Google Chat regularly so any questions can be resolved without delaying your launch preparation.

Your Next Step: Pre-Launch Training

Once your New-Patient Pipeline and launch setup are ready, we’ll give you access to the Pre-Launch Training Center.

The Pre-Launch Training Center will teach the appropriate team members how to use LeadConnector and follow the required campaign-lead, follow-up, booking, and appointment-management process.

The appropriate team members must complete the required training before your campaigns can go live.

At the end of the Pre-Launch Training Center, you’ll be instructed to book your Launch Readiness Call.
That call is the final operational check before launch.

There is no need to book the Launch Readiness Call yet. We’ll let you know when your setup is ready and it’s time to begin the Pre-Launch Training Center.

For now, there’s nothing else you need to complete unless we contact you with a question or request.

Keep an eye on your dedicated Google Chat Space
Respond promptly if we request missing information or access
Make sure the appropriate team members remain available for the upcoming Pre-Launch Training

Once the system is ready, we’ll send you the next instructions for completing the Pre-Launch Training Center.
