Introducing You to LeadConnector
Before we begin training you on how to handle new campaign leads, you need to be able to access the system you'll use to manage them.
Â
Your clinic's New-Patient Pipeline is powered by GoHighLevel. On your phone, your team will use the LeadConnector mobile app to receive notifications, make campaign-lead calls, access contacts and conversations, complete assigned tasks, and manage appointments.
Â
In this module, we'll make sure you can access the system correctly before teaching you the actual lead-handling process.
You'll Use LeadConnector in Two Ways
1. Desktop
Â
When you're working at a computer, you'll access your clinic's GoHighLevel account through your web browser.
Â
2. Mobile
Â
When you're away from the computer, you'll use the LeadConnector mobile app.
Â
For this training and for your clinic's campaign-lead process, we are standardizing on the LeadConnector mobile app. Please do not install or use a different HighLevel mobile app for this process unless Movement Lab Digital specifically instructs you to.
Your desktop account and LeadConnector app access the same clinic system. Actions completed on one are reflected in the other.
How Long This Should Take
Most clinics complete onboarding in approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on how quickly they can provide access, answer the survey questions, and gather creative assets.
Â
Some steps may require help from the person who manages your Meta Business Portfolio, website/domain, or clinic admin systems.
Â
If you do not have everything ready immediately, that is okay — but please complete as much as possible and communicate with us about anything that is missing.
Who Should Complete This Onboarding?
This onboarding should be completed by the clinic owner, clinic manager, or someone who clearly understands:
Â
-
Your clinic’s services
-
Your ideal patients
-
Your schedule and availability
-
Your intake and booking process
-
Your front desk or lead follow-up process
-
Your marketing accounts and access
-
Your clinic’s growth goals
Â
If multiple people are involved, please coordinate internally before submitting information. This helps prevent confusion, delays, and conflicting answers.
What Happens After You Finish Onboarding
After you complete onboarding, Movement Lab Digital will review your submissions, confirm access, review your survey answers, check your creative/assets, and identify any missing items.
Â
From there, we will begin preparing the campaign setup, landing page/booking flow, LeadConnector workflows, follow-up structure, and reporting process.
Â
If anything is missing or unclear, we will contact you before moving forward.
Next Step
Please continue through each onboarding step carefully and complete all required sections.
Â
Once everything is submitted, we can move faster toward building and launching your New-Patient Pipeline.
