Your Campaign & New-Patient Evaluation Voucher
Movement Lab Digital does not simply “run ads.”
We build a structured New-Patient Pipeline System designed to help your clinic generate new-patient opportunities, organize those opportunities inside LeadConnector, and support your team in turning them into booked evaluations.
The system connects several pieces together:
Meta Ad → Landing Page → Claim Voucher → Thank-You / Booking Page → LeadConnector → Clinic Follow-Up if Needed → Evaluation
After claiming the voucher, the prospect can book through the campaign booking page. If they do not book immediately, they enter the follow-up process and your team will be responsible for the required live follow-up.
Each part of the system has a specific purpose.
The ads create attention and interest.
The offer gives people a reason to take action.
The landing page collects the lead.
LeadConnector organizes the opportunity.
Your team follows up and books the appointment.
Tracking and reporting help us understand what is working and what needs improvement.
How We Generate New-Patient Opportunities
We will use Meta Ads to generate new-patient opportunities for your clinic through Facebook and Instagram.
Meta Ads allow us to reach people in your clinic's local market through Facebook and Instagram using approved geographic, audience, and creative settings. The ads introduce your clinic and campaign offer and invite prospective patients to take the next step.
Campaign Offers
A campaign offer gives people a clear reason to take action.
Without a clear offer, many people see an ad, think about it, and do nothing.
A strong offer helps answer the question:
“Why should this person respond now instead of waiting, ignoring the ad, or choosing another clinic?”
It creates a clear first step for someone who may need help but has not committed to booking yet.
Depending on the campaign, an offer may be based on an evaluation, consultation, screening, voucher, or another approved patient-facing angle.
For your campaign, we are using a New-Patient Evaluation Voucher structure.
The New-Patient Evaluation Voucher
For your campaign, prospective patients will be invited to claim a limited New-Patient Evaluation Voucher that allows them to receive their first evaluation for $50.
The advertised discount percentage will be calculated from your clinic's normal evaluation price. For example, if your normal evaluation is $200, the campaign may advertise the voucher as 75% off.
The voucher is a new-patient acquisition offer designed to give the campaign the strongest possible chance of generating attention, increasing response rates, and putting more prospective patients through your door. It does not permanently change your clinic's normal pricing.
The goal is not to make the evaluation cheaper.
The goal is to make the decision to book and show up easier.
Your clinic is expected to honor the approved voucher terms for eligible campaign leads.
How the Voucher Works
The basic voucher flow is:
-
A potential patient sees your Meta campaign.
-
They click the ad and visit the campaign landing page.
-
They enter their information to claim the voucher.
-
The voucher may be shown on the thank-you page, sent by email, or both.
-
The lead enters LeadConnector.
-
Your team is notified.
-
Your team contacts the lead and works to book the evaluation.
-
The lead must book within the stated voucher deadline to keep the offer valid.
-
Your clinic honors the approved voucher offer when the patient comes in.
This gives the campaign a clear structure:
Claim the voucher → book the evaluation → come in for the visit
Voucher Availability and Expiration
To create real urgency and protect your clinic’s schedule, the campaign will include a limited number of vouchers available for the month.
The voucher will also include an expiration window.
The voucher must be used to book the evaluation within 7 days of being claimed. It expires at midnight on the final day.
This gives prospective patients a clear deadline and prevents the offer from remaining open indefinitely.
Before launch, your team must understand the exact offer being advertised, how the voucher works, and what the patient may mention when they contact your clinic or arrive for the appointment.
What Happens After a Lead Claims the Voucher
Once a prospect claims the voucher, LeadConnector records the lead and supports the follow-up and appointment process through the automations we configure.
Your team will learn exactly how notifications, tasks, calls, appointments, and status updates work during the Pre-Launch Training Center.
Next Step
Before campaigns go live, Movement Lab Digital will confirm the exact campaign offer with your clinic.
Once the offer is confirmed, your clinic is expected to honor the approved campaign terms and make sure the appropriate team members understand how to handle voucher leads.
In the next step, we will explain what to realistically expect from paid campaigns and why lead quality depends heavily on speed, follow-up, and internal execution.
