What You Should Expect
Our goal is to help your clinic create a more predictable flow of new-patient opportunities through Meta Ads, your campaign landing page, LeadConnector, and the systems that support them.
However, sustainable growth does not happen overnight.
Paid advertising is not a magic switch. It is a process of launching, testing, learning, improving, and building consistency over time.
You should not expect an instant transformation the moment campaigns go live. In the beginning, we may test different messaging, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing-page angles to understand what produces the strongest results for your clinic and local market.
What Affects Campaign Performance
Several factors can affect performance, including:
-
your location, competition, and local demand,
-
your services, pricing, availability, and insurance options,
-
your advertising budget,
-
the strength of your offer,
-
how quickly your team responds to new inquiries,
-
how consistently your team follows up,
-
how well your team handles questions about availability, insurance, cost, and treatment,
-
your ability to turn booked evaluations into show-ups and long-term patients.
Our role is to build, manage, and optimize the marketing system that generates opportunities for your clinic.
Your team’s role is to handle those opportunities quickly, professionally, and consistently.
The goal is not overnight hype. The goal is to create a reliable patient-acquisition process that improves over time, gives you more control over your new-patient pipeline, and supports long-term clinic growth.
Expect progress, testing, and ongoing optimization — not instant perfection.
Minimum Advertising Budget
To give your campaigns enough room to generate activity, collect data, and improve over time, your clinic must have the required advertising budget available before launch.
The minimum required advertising budget is $1,000 per rolling 30-day period after campaign launch.
This budget will be used for Meta Ads and is paid directly by your clinic through your own Meta ad account.
It is separate from Movement Lab Digital’s setup fee, software costs, and any performance-based appointment fees.
This minimum is important because paid campaigns need enough budget to test messaging, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing-page angles. If the budget is too low, it becomes harder to generate enough activity, make reliable decisions, and build a consistent new-patient pipeline.
Depending on your market, competition, goals, and clinic capacity, a higher advertising budget may be recommended. However, the minimum required budget must be available before campaigns can launch.
Early Campaign Performance
Meta campaign performance develops through testing and optimization. Some campaigns generate activity quickly, while others need more iteration before a clear pattern develops.
We begin reviewing performance from the moment campaigns launch, but very short periods of data can be misleading. As more spend, leads, and appointment outcomes accumulate, we can make better optimization decisions.
The goal is continual improvement—not judging the entire campaign from its first few days.
The Lead Quality
A common concern we hear is:
“Are these leads going to be high quality?”
The honest answer is that not every lead will be ready to book immediately — and that is normal.
A person who finds your clinic through a referral from a friend, family member, or physician already has a high degree of trust.
A person who submits a form after seeing a Meta ad may be earlier in their decision-making process. They may still be comparing options, checking insurance, dealing with a busy schedule, or trying to decide whether physical therapy is the right next step.
That does not automatically make them a bad lead.
In many cases, what clinics call “low-quality leads” are actually leads that were not contacted fast enough, not followed up with consistently, or not guided properly toward booking an evaluation.
Paid Leads Are Different From Referrals
Paid leads should be treated differently than word-of-mouth or physician referrals.
Referrals often arrive with trust already built.
Paid leads require your team to build that trust through speed, communication, and follow-up.
That is why your internal follow-up process has a major impact on results.
The clinics that see the best results are not always the clinics receiving “better” leads. They are usually the clinics that respond quickly, follow up consistently, and treat every inquiry like a real person who may need help — not just another form submission.
