Upload the Materials We’ll Use for Your Campaigns
In this step, you will upload the clinic assets we can use to build your ads, landing pages, and marketing materials.
Â
These assets help us create campaigns that feel specific to your clinic instead of relying on generic stock-style marketing.
Â
Please complete this step before continuing. Do not proceed to the next onboarding step until your folder is created, your assets are uploaded, and the folder is shared with us.
What to Upload
1. Logos & Brand Assets:Â Main/high-resolution logo, transparent version if available, alternate versions already used, brand colors/fonts/guidelines.
Â
2. Clinic Photos:Â exterior/interior, treatment or gym area, providers/team.
Â
3. Staff Photos & Bios: provider headshots, names/titles, short bios/credentials.
Â
4. Videos:Â clinic footage, talking-head footage, vertical footage, previous ads.
Â
5. Existing Marketing Materials:Â previous ads, pages, brochures, social posts or other useful materials.
Â

How to Create and Share Your Google Drive Folder
Step 1: Open Google Drive
Go to: drive.google.com
Sign in with your Google account.
Â
Step 2: Create the Main Folder
Create a new folder and name it:
[Your Clinic Name] - Movement Lab Digital Assets
Â
Example:
ABC Physical Therapy - Movement Lab Digital Assets
Â
Step 3: Create These Subfolders
Inside the main folder, create the following subfolders:
Â
-
Logos & Brand Assets
-
Clinic Photos
-
Staff Photos & Bios
-
Videos
-
Existing Marketing Materials
Â
Step 4: Upload Your Files
Upload your files into the correct subfolders.
Please keep the folder organized so we can quickly find the materials we need.
Â
Step 5: Share the Main Folder With Us
After uploading your files, share the main folder with:
lazar@movementlabdigital.com
Â
Please make sure we have permission to view and download the files.
Â
Do not share each file individually. Share the main folder so we can access everything in one place.
